Hello,

For ten years, I sat at the front desk as the receptionist of the legendary Friars Club. It is, without question, a role I am truly proud of. For over a century, members from every walk of life—from the biggest stars to the sharpest business minds—were treated to an experience that was truly one-of-a-kind.The "Friars" are special people; there’s simply no other way to put it. I founded the New York Friar Society because I, like so many of you, could not  sit back & watch our  spirit of camaraderie fade away. In a world that often feels fragmented, the authentic connection found in a room of Fellow Friars—the sharp intelligence, the shared laughter, and the unwavering support—is more than just a tradition; it is a necessity. It is a living, breathing energy that is as vibrant and gritty as  New York City itself. While we are an independent collective, we are born out of a deep pride for the 100-year legacy which inspires us.  Our goal is to keep the Society uncommercialized and centred entirely on the people. There is a massive community out there that has drawn meaning from this history, and we want to keep those stories alive while supporting the causes that matter. If you are one of those people who believe in the power of laughter and human connection, I invite you to help us keep this mission going. If you've joined us, Thank You! I encourage you to get involved ; Request an invitation,  or support our Sunshine ProjectThank You for stopping by. Let’s ensure this enduring wisdom continue to resonate for the next generation.
With Gratitude,Rehanna
